Have you heard of this O Mission beer? It's allegedly gluten-free, yet made with malted barley and put through a "deglutenizing" process. I haven't tried it, but it's picking up market shares all over the states. I can't wait for this storm to be over so I can test it out! And for other reasons. Obviously.
Hi Carol! Quality craft beer is what I miss most and so far Widmer's OMission is the best I've come across. It's less sweet than New Planet's Off Grid Pale Ale and it didn't bother me. - Chris
I was diagnosed 7 years ago and missed beer. I've tried O Mission and did not get sick when I tried it. Taste-wise, I did not enjoy the taste as much as Redbridge, which is now my go-to adult beverage, but it wasn't bad.
